Tonight at Mike’s House of Grub, we’re serving a delightful concoction made up on the fly in response the the enormous amount of Asian food that has been consumed in the last few days:
Brown basmati rice cooked with a Hoppin’ John blend of seasonings, topped with raw, minced onion and garlic, topped with red beans cooked with a splash of Sriracha, a liberal dribble of liquid smoke, and salt.
It’s kind of BBQ-y. Yummers.
